The Palmetto State Leadership Development Department serves the state in bringing resources, training and opportunities for growth to the Churches, Pastors, Ministers, Leaders and Members in the state. LDD exists to ENCOURAGE, EQUIP and EMPOWER leaders and potential leaders so they can ENGAGE their church and community with the Gospel more EFFECTIVELY

  • FoundaTIONS: MINISTER'S DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

    The Foundations: MDP is an intensive program that consists of 6 courses. The South Carolina COGOP PILOT Program will be a hybrid model consisting of both in-person & online instruction. You must complete all courses in order to receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Center for Biblical Leadership. Upon completion, you will receive 9 college credit hours, acknowledged by Spirit & Life Seminary.
